Certification Structure

E-Learning and Virtual Sessions

12 weeks of engaging online modules with weekly virtual sessions. Participants will access a rich library of interactive content, including videos, quizzes, and practical exercises designed to build their skills progressively. Weekly virtual sessions will provide opportunities for live discussions, Q&A, and peer-to-peer learning, ensuring that participants stay engaged and can immediately apply what they’ve learned.

Monthly In-Person Intensives

Three hands-on sessions to apply and reinforce skills. These sessions, held at key intervals throughout the program, offer participants the chance to practice their new skills in a supportive, real-world environment. The significance of in-person practice lies in its ability to build confidence and foster deeper connections among participants. These sessions will include role-playing scenarios, group activities, and live feedback from trainers, all designed to solidify learning and ensure practical application.

Final Certification

Comprehensive assessment to become a certified Social Architect. The assessment will include a combination of written exams, practical demonstrations, and a final project where participants must showcase their ability to apply the skills they have learned. Successful candidates will earn the title of Social Architect, recognized as experts in facilitating workplace connections and creating a cohesive, innovative organizational culture.
